Masters Title, Inc. was established in 2014 as a full-service title company with a professional staff of title officers, title searchers, underwriters, closing agents, escrow officers and processors, specializing in deed-mortgage loan document preparation and closings. 

We provide a network of million dollar insured notaries throughout the State of Florida allowing us to serve our clients needs statewide, escrow accounts, and we are fully insured and bonded. Our title insurance is exclusively written through Fidelity National Title Company, Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and North American Title Company. Fidelity National Title Company is one of the big four title insurance companies in America.

Full-Service Closings

  • Order full examination of the title upon receipt of the Transaction, issuing title commitment within 2 to 3 days.

Inform to all parties (Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys) that process has begun.
Examines Title, issue Title Commitment, order all payoffs required and clear all conditions.
Order Municipal and County searches to ensure that the property is clear of open permits, code violations, water or waste charges, taxes, and any other compliance issues.
Notification to all parties if there are any problems and exactly what is required to clear the property for closing.
Preparation of all documents required for closing and transference of the property to the new buyer.
Coordinate the closing with the Lender (if any), furnishing all documents required to have a mortgage package issued.
Prepare Settlement Statement (HUD 1) and conduct table closing, explaining all documents being executed.
Receive all funds and distribute them according to regulatory procedures.
Record all documents at the county courthouse.
Issue and send Title Policy to buyer
